With years of involvement at Ducore, Dr. Loranger ensures strategic monitoring of medical legislation and professional practice. He also represents the organization with SEEMLQ, maintains relationships with various concerned professional bodies, and supervises the development of structuring projects.

Drawing on her expertise in the medico-legal field, Cindy oversees the mandate and report quality assurance team. In addition to onboarding and supporting the new physicians, she works closely with the medical directors on the design of the development programs offered to all our evaluating physicians.

With her experience in disability case management, Alisa ensures a compliant review of medical reports to meet the industry’s independence and quality standards. To that end, she acts as liaison between the physicians and the transcription team.

Annie is the first point of contact for visitors to our Montreal clinic. She contributes to a quality experience for clients, physicians, and assessed individuals. She also participates in the operations of the Clinical Coordination team.

As part of the Finance team, David is responsible for ensuring the consistency and accuracy of payment processing with our suppliers and partners. It also ensures harmonious communication between them and Ducore Expertise.

In collaboration with Laurianne, she ensures the compliance of expert reports submitted to us. Her studies in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Medical Administration allow her to understand client needs well and guide them accordingly.

Considering her experience in the medico-legal field, Sylvie ensures quality service and experience for all Ducore evaluating physicians. She participates in the integration and onboarding of new recruits and is also responsible for managing hearings.

Ron has proven experience in physiotherapy and medical evaluations. With his knowledge of the field and close connections with various medical specialists, he has made a vital contribution to the Company since 2023. He is responsible for recruitment of physicians and development of strategic accounts.
